Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues in:

- Breast Cups
- Cleavage Bra
Important things to keep in mind
- Uncut Unboxing video is Required
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Must be returned in original packaging
- All tags, hygiene seals, and accessories must be intact
- Exchange requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Only one exchange per order/product is allowed
- For the first exchange, shipping and reverse pickup charges Upto ₹299 will be borne by the customer
- Exchange is subject to size availability in stock
- Reverse pickup timelines may vary depending on serviceability (within 3-8 days)
- Exchange dispatch will be processed only after the original product passes quality check
Non-eligible cases
Exchange will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, or damage
- Packaging is damaged or missing
- Wrong size selected without checking the size chart after prior exchange
